ALERT Minor fixes to Pirate.

This was a minor update. However, since we just released the class I figured I'd mention some of it.

Spawn:
- Added in the Iron Rapier to the Rogue Weaponsmith. It can be bought for 10 redstone and 2 gold ingots.

Swashbuckler:
- Fixed handcannon's damage. Reduced stamina cost to 250.
- Changed their main weapon to Sword as intended.
