Bug Mining in the nether

While mining in the nether, if you break a block of netherrack, it procs whatever is bound to the item you break it with.

I have used my diamond pickaxe, a block of netherrack, and bread, and each will proc whatever random thing I bind to it.

I am a miner if that matters.

This shouldn't happen with a diamond pick but the netherrack and bread are design choices to prevent people placing/eating their bound item when trying to cast.

Last time I was in the nether everything else seemed fine, it's just most noticeable through netherack cause well it's the nether and it's everywhere.
