Bug Miners still do not get XP for crafting their wares

This is something I have posted a couple times over the years and is still there: in the other professions, when a person crafts their wares, they get XP for it; I believe miners should also get XP for crafting their picks, shovels, and anything else they can craft. It isn't much, but every bit of XP helps, especially since they are diamond wares.
