minecraft mod useage? ie can i use this?

I would like to know if I could use this mod:

RESCHS MULTISHOT TIMELAPSE MOD
Multishot is a tool for creating timelapses and stop motions in minecraft. It removes the need to record timelapses with a screen recorder, which leaves you with large video files that take ages to speed up and render. It acts just like an intervalometer does for a camera allowing players to record and timelapse anything in the game. It works by automatically taking screenshots at a predefined exposure (default 3 seconds). These screenshots can then be 'sped up' as an image sequence and played back like a normal video.

I would like to take some time-lapse shots about some buildings and things being built. If there is a mod or something of this nature that is approved point me in that direction. I await a response.

Well I don't see anything that would cause this mod to be disallowed, but i have no authority @Neo_Exdeath should be able to give the go ahead
