So i'm muted at the moment, globally, but was curious to try and see if talking would work in parties. So I got myself into a party then did /party Test. It turns out I could talk in /party groups even though I am globally muted. Is this a glich or is it intentional?

Just thought i'd ask. I don't really know where else I could ask this... :p
