Suggestion Message when DoTs End

I've recently been playing as a bloodmage. While I enjoy spamming my DoT skill, I find it annoying that I blindly cast my spell if I don't know if it has finished or not. I propose a message to display after a DoT has ended like "Detarbilate has collected enough souls" Or something among that.

Most DoT effects should have this. When they do not, you can take it as an oversight/bug of sorts. I'll add one in for soulleech before the next update.

If there are any others anyone can think of, post the skillname here, and I'll add it to the list of things to edit.
