Bug Merchant Enchanted Tools Chest Shop

So I made my shops to buy and sell enchanted axes, pickaxes and shovels...

I logged in today to find I had no money - my signs reverted to only diamond items - not the enchanted like I set up and my chests are full of unenchanted diamond tools - WTF? lol

Now I have to get someone to enchant all of these for me, well, ok, my husband, but still....

Why did these chest shops revert from the coded enchanted to non-enchanted.
