Bug Mend does not negate fire

Title. I'll make a video if you want but I think it's pretty self explanatory, and I'm sure other healers can attest to this. Mend does, however, negate bleeding effects, so the fire aspect of it is the only thing that seems to be broken.

Yep, tested that. I can test renewal as well but at the moment it looks like it's working as well, so the only issue here seems to be Mend not removing fire.

Delfofthebla when things die down lets try and fix Mend as well as Soothe (not removing withering)

I made a post asking if Chakra was supposed to remove withering (which it doesn't). I apologize for the confusion.

Chakra should be removing everything (despite how much it makes me rage) so if it isn't, that should probably be fixed.
