Current rewards are bad for Medals of Vengeance, compared to dungeon drops.
Pure PvP token rewards cannot reward OP items, or people would kill their friends or farm noobs for the tokens.
SO
Medals of Vengeance now have a low chance to drop from anything hostile that dies, best chance is from players or boss mobs.
This will bring Medals more into line with Symbols, allow Medals to have decent rewards, and has little potential for abuse.
This also lowers the reward for PvP, so there should be a small increase in the coin/exp reward for killing a player.
Examples of rewards: Soul fuse for 16, Blue Dungeon Drop for 32, Purple Dungeon Drop for 64, Blue Soulstone for 128.
