Bug Medals And Drop Transfer

Sometimes when I drop transfer Medals of Vengance, they drop to the ground. Then I pick them up and without entering any command, I drop them again. And it works.

It also works on the first try if you turn it Off and then On again before trying.

edit: These are the Medals granted by Conquest points, so I imagine that something to do with the way it is granted means I have to physically pick it up before DropTransfer can recognize it.

Are you in combat while you were dropping them? Cause a change happen a while ago where you cant droptransfer in combat
