Reason for mute: I got annoyed with irishman killing 'my' lost souls about 5 times that afternoon, and him abusing his mod powers (will expain in my 'story'

Basically I said, I quote 'fk you irish you cunt'

Your story:
Right, I know what I said is abusing mods ect, but firstly. I should not be muted straight out, I was not spamming chat so there was no need. I should have been just given a warning by him. I am not downplaying my bad language and do understand that young people play this server, but was annoyed, and will explain in the next few lines.

Why I was annoyed:

Irish killed my members of my town, well I should say camped (they were lost souls) many times (about 5 times he went and came back). I know this is within rules, but hang on!
One time he was camping me in my councilroom so I recalled. He then TP'ed to me, in my central plot (where my recall was set) and said, 'oh hi, I am just looking at the central plots'. This is not allowed. Teleporting to a player as a mod without valid reason is not legit!

Then I was got muted soo many times because I was protesting, as you might have guessed, this mute was totally unfair.

What I am asking is some admin has a talk on teamspeak or something to talk him through, because if this is how how he is going to behave as a mod, that would be bad for the server, just saying.

P.S I am just wondering if he is drunk?

First of all, atim123 has to make his own mute appeal himself. You cannot make appeals for others. Now, it's not just some straight out g-mute out of nowhere. You were already muted in PvP. But you were g-muted for constantly evading your mute. You have been told to stop many times by muting you in the other worlds. But you went to other chats to evade the mutes anyway. I do not need a valid reason to teleport to you, in fact it's my duty to teleport to people to see if they're doing anything illegal. Wether it's from suspicion or random teleports. And when I teleported to you in Central, that's because you were trying to evade your mute in PvP so I tp'd to you to mute you in Central.

And for the record, underage drinking is bad

Right, sorry about this late reply, and sorry to hear about your resignation, your were a good mod on the most part

Just want to clear this up, you tp'd to me when I was in central 10-15 mins before I insulted you.
I understand, that I was in the wrong, but I also feel you over reacted a bit, just saying.
Just hoping we can get this mute lifted soon, and 'dust it under the carpet' metaphorically speaking.
