Adding the level 36 IC - [MC3102] to the list.

You don't have permission to use mc3102

I might just go through them tomorrow and see what works and what doesn't...

[MC1020] and [MC2020] can both be created, but they do not appear to work at all. No output is every toggled.

There's a way around these. You have to write S after I believe. I'd confirm it if my PC was working, but that won't happen until Friday.

I know things have changed with the ICs since I last messed with them all, and I am logging on at the moment to test them.

For Mc0420 and MC3102, did you put down anything for line 3?
For Mc1020 and MC2020, well they are both random and require a clock input; Mc0420

EDIT:
I am not doubting Jonsoon, I am just checking to support his claim.
MC0420, does not work.
MC3102, do not have permission to use.
Fun fact, Mc1420, which is labled "counter" in-game is actually Clock divider
No point for me to test random bit ICs, they require the clock, which doesn't work.

Yeh clocks don't work anymore, but Pulser works just as well, at least for what I'm using it for (having something loop 30 times).

I needed something to create a constant pulses when I flip a switch. I was able to create something like that by making a clock with repeaters.

When I do have time, though, I am going to try using all of them to see what is broken.

[MC0420] and [MC2020] need to be looked at. The former is disabled, and the latter allows you to place the IC but it doesn't work at all.
