Mayor status and region control

Now i want to know how i can get region controls and Mayor status? Can someone tag the people who can help me with this, thanks.

If your the new mayor, create a new township thread and tag an admin at the end of the post asking to move it to official township threads. Make sure to link the vote for you to be mayor with the tag.
