Your story: I just wanted staff to check if my stolen wall clock (placed in my wall) was inside a locked chest ANOTHER PLAYER has (this player made a hole in my roof, and yes it's obvious it was him because there are tunnels from his hole to his house), so I just told the staff that was on at the moment to please help me and they refused every time I told'em!
I didn't asked to check MY locked chest, I don't even own a locked chest! I asked them to check the other player's chest because I think he has my clock so simply coming to check that chest was like the best you guys as Staff could do. If some of the staff doesn't want to help users then make like ranks and one of them should be HELPER.
