Market glitch

hey there is a glitch or error going on on market, what happened was I bought a codex of rune wraith, I bought it 2 times, and got nothing in mail, cost me in total of 600s, and every time i log in, there is a message that says (you got stuff in your mail) but there is nothing there, what is going on?
