Sometimes you run out of mana while leveling and just have to sit there for a bit while you regain your mana. I suggest we add mana "potions". they would not work in combat, and you have to stay still. the mana potion would be a "thick potion" (water bottle with glowstone dust brewed into it). these mana potions would possibly just double your mana regen while you use it, it lasts for 15 seconds (3 ticks?). another alternative to thick potions might be milk bucket, but those already do other things.

might add another item to the economy
would help those with mana heavy classes level up
cons:
might reduce effectiveness of wisdom (people might use it less)
might reduce effectiveness of replenish (dont know how really, replenish is usable in combat and restores most mana for free)
might reduce use of emeralds
