I have 3 MAIN suggestions.
1. Favorites
I have seen a TON of people getting away with things because staff likes them. Some people recently have gotten away with things that would be bannable but they only got away with a warning. It's ruining the fun for everyone because people are losing their items illegally and the people who took their items get away with it.
2. Ban Appeals
I have been thinking of this a lot lately. I do not understand why the admins/mods who ban the person say something in the ban appeal and close it. The admin/mod who banned the person should put in their side of the story and other admins/mods decide who is right. The admin/mod who banned the person will always think they did it for a valid reason even though they might not have. The only admin/mod I have seen commenting on ban appeals on people they did not ban is Brutal.
3. Being Specific With the Rules
Recently someone was banned for "harassment". The person who was banned was told by an admin that what they were doing was fine but the admin that was on at the time was not aware of this and banned him anyways. The rules need to be talked over with everyone in the next IRC meeting and be set in stone what is ok and what is not ok.
Hopefully these can help the server.
