Macros flood protection (The delay when using skills) Fix

what777 showed me how to do this.

This fixes the queue of skills that build up when you spam things quickly.

1) Open the macros screen with [Shift] + `
2) Click settings in the bottom right corner.
3) Scroll down to where it says "Enable flood protection".
4) Untick the box.
5) Click ok.
6) Enjoy using skill with no delay.
