So useless players in MA are always getting yelled at, they need some sort of purpose or bonus to the team, so maybe some MA only skills could be implemented... Like weaker aoes/heals etc or the team could get a buff for having lots of unspecced... Just anything to make them less useless lol

Useless players are always useless. Having skills that help level makes levelling easier, especially when you want skills in MA. When I was a healer, now a bard, I only healed people who helped the team. Screw people who don't. Although it may seam a little dickish, but in my opinion people can always switch to healer to do MAs more frequently, if not mobs spawn in areas other than ma for a reason.
