At full EXP you can still gain exp. Not sure if this will matter, but I noticed it regardless.

Need raw numbers, you can technically get to 99.9999% exp

The sheep give 0.35EXP Last I saw even if you have 99% at level 55. I am unsure if this poses a threat to over leveling or instant levels upon you releasing level 60 or what, but it still happens.

Shouldn't... unless it kicks you back to 0% at 55
