Suggestion LWC for FRAMES

Any way we could get some sort of LWC for frames?

Also would it be possible to tie the frames into the merchant chest shops?

Kain cant u develop a simple plugin unrelated to LWC that just the person who places the frame can break it and if its been there for 2 weeks unattended someone could just pe it for it to be removed? and make a limit for 10 frames per person so people dont use frames as lwcs.

I could code it if you want me too i know java and a bit of C++
