Buttons and levers can be lwc'ed

The issue is that once they are locked they cannot change states for ANYONE when the person who has locked the item hits it nothing happens. When another player hits it, it alerts them it is lwc'ed but still nothing happens. Something about the LWC plugin is making the button/lever not able to change states i believe this means it is something with the coding of the plugin and the creator of the LWC plugin will have to be contacted to fix it. Luckily i've heard kainzo is good friends with the creator =)

I can confirm this; a good example of what Vongard is try to say is that when a player lwc's a button that activates a piston, he is unable to toggle/use the button in any way, even though he is on its permissions.
