Bug LWC Bug

Okay so my town lost its regions (Silverspring) but I had a LWC and Irish and his crew got all my stuff from it. I know I had that chest locked I made sure everyday when I went on. I used it today so it didn't get destroyed from inactivity. Please fixed I lost all my badges and rare drops!

It had no lwc, doors were open to house and no dirt above chest, irish did /cinfo and it had no lwc, we could all open it just fine.
