Bug Log out cooldown times

Whenever someone have used a skill that has a cool down that they don't want to wait for, there is a bug to where they just relog and the cooldown goes away. It's very unfair. If you could somehow fix it, that'd be awesome :eek:

We already know of that and are working on a fix.
