Bug Lighter use

This bug is a simple one. I have the lighter skill, but can't set anything on fire. I've tried in and out of just about every biome with no luck. Using this skill is necessary to my building's design. Please help.

Thought you guys may have removed the use of lighters for some odd reason, glad its just a bug!

So you know...yes I am the one who was running around trying to light everything on fire, only because i needed it to be a legitimate experiment. I will not comment on who's houses i may or may not have used in the process of the experiment, but by then i was certain it would not work.
