Bug Level 21 Lost Soul?

Server Name: Sanctuary
I was a Level 20 Lost Soul with 97% exp. I logged on in my Residence and used a runestone, with 1/2 charges remaining, from the PVE world to the PVP world. I then went back to central and went back to PVE and now im a Level 21 lost soul. I checked to see if it gave me attribute points, and it did as well.
I died at level 21 Lost Soul and it put me back down to Level 20 with 0% exp and said i have mastered lost soul again. But it did not give me another badge

He reported this bug to me. I told him to post it here since I've never heard of that.
I doubt that the Lost Soul level limit has been increased meanwhile. Must definitely be a bug.
@Kainzo might be interested in this.
I did /hero whois on him and it did say LvL 21 Lost Soul.
He also mentioned that he still got exp from killing monsters.

Edit: He died and it reset him back to lvl 20 0% Exp. Seems fixed but still strange though.
