Reason for ban: Supposed client hack - and unawareness to DHX money (how am I supposed to phrase such a reason?)

A. I found moejunurs shop - B 2.5 : S 4 for 64 coal - screenshots can be provided - I bought and sold it to get some money, I was told this was legal on many occasions.
B. Moe still did not fix his shop after loosing 5k coins - which we thought was beneficial to us - so we went back the second day AFTER he randomly gained 7k coins.
C. We did the same thing as before.
D. Right as moe hit roughly zero coins we saw the sign break. Figuring it was a glitch or some random error we ran around in circles trying to figure out what the hell happened.
E. The shop lost its sign, which means it also lost its protection. We looted the shop for all of the coal that was left.
F. Right after we looted it cobblestone had appeared on 2 chests - we sat there confused until someone said moejunur was on, we looked around and there was no moejunur nearby, so we figured it had to be an admin or mod. (admin since mods are not allowed to deal with issues related to money.)
G. I said "hi lasti" figuring it had to be the only one on in /who staff - someone else said in the chat that an admin could appear offline. So I did /tell kainzo and it showed that he was online. (I asked lasti what was going on aswell, she had no idea and I don't believe she is a lier.)
H. I got banned first of all for stealing coal, then a later reason appeared for "suspected client hacks"

btw since you are following the rules and TOS - I can see why the ban is within the rules, I just don't believe it is fair to ban a player because of SUSPECTED hacks - especially without an investigation. The DHX money though, I was completely unaware of, and you gave moejunur somewhere over 5k right after he lost all of his money (-.-) how does that make sense that this is even a ban reason then? (actually how can I be at fault for this, as it was his error and I did ask multiple times if it was legal.)
The following actions are prohibited while in in-game chat channels, irc, teamspeak, and any Herocraft Online related forums:
Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, giving unwanted attention or discomfort to another player
hint hint raters

reason for the attitude is the response. The tone wasn't supposed to be negative - just my story.
If you have any want to rejoin this server - I'd lose any attitude involving a founder's "personal vendetta".
I don't have to give a specific reason for banning someone - it's in the rules/TOS - you can view them at any time.

EDIT: Why did i recieve a 10k coin rollback? (5k is understandable but why 10k?)

- Warnings will be given for any infringement as follows.
- First warning: Player receives a warning.
- Second warning: Player receives a 3-day suspension.
- Third warning: Player receives a 1-week suspension.
