A few things:

• You did not even us our proper application format which is required. Nothing we look for is there, including taking the application process at least semi-serious.
• Seems you have applied before under a different name, we do not allow alt accounts so that is another reason for the denial.
• In addition I am being told you are 11 which is not close to the required age.
• Oh and one last final thing, your original IGN Duke_Zepar was banned for advertising. Pretty safe to say hell no on this application.
