Self heals have a reduced heal by a percentage of 50-70%
I believe in this case, there should be no reduction.
Lay Hands is a skill inspired by the old RPG equivalent skill of the same name. (It might have been in DnD, but I never really played that, so I'm unfamiliar with all the skill lore there. I'm assuming it was copied from the Everquest version)
This skill was a Paladin only ability, obtained at level 1 (I think. It was below 10 for sure though) . This was a "self
only" heal that
always healed the user to full health. As a trade-off, it had a very long cooldown (one hour I think). Harm touch was the same way.
I would assume that is still the case in herocraft, and I believe the skill description still states that it is a full heal. At the very least, the tooltip should be changed to reflect the health restoration change.
