From my knowledge of Paladin, layhands is supposed to FULLY heal the player who uses it. Instead, I noticed it does heal me but it doesn't heal my fully, it leaves about 2-3 hearts unfilled.

I asked in help chat for confirmation on if this was done on purpose, most say it is a bug.

I've noticed this as well.
Undependant of how many heart I had before using it, it stops at a certain amount?
(not sure about how many hearts it stops on).

I haven't actually focused enough to know if it heals a specific amount and such, I just know that I normally have 2-3 hearts unfilled after using it with maybe 2 hearts left.

Self heals have a reduced heal by a percentage of 50-70%
I believe in this case, there should be no reduction.

Lay Hands is a skill inspired by the old RPG equivalent skill of the same name. (It might have been in DnD, but I never really played that, so I'm unfamiliar with all the skill lore there. I'm assuming it was copied from the Everquest version)

This skill was a Paladin only ability, obtained at level 1 (I think. It was below 10 for sure though) . This was a "self only" heal that always healed the user to full health. As a trade-off, it had a very long cooldown (one hour I think). Harm touch was the same way.

I would assume that is still the case in herocraft, and I believe the skill description still states that it is a full heal. At the very least, the tooltip should be changed to reflect the health restoration change.

So when you got over 66% health this won't heal you at all?
I believe that it will, it is a full heal with a 33% reduction, no matter what your current hp is it will heal 66% of what it would take to get your health to full. So yes, at 66% health this would heal you, just not fully.

A reduction of 33% would not be of your total health, but of what amount would be healed. If you were at 66% total health, using layhands would bring you to 88%, as 22% would be 33% with a 66% reduction. If all of these percentages confuse you, just know that for every heart and a half of damage you have taken, layhands will heal you one heart of health.
