I have found what I believe to be a bug regarding the Paladin's LayHands ability. According to both the wiki and the in-game text the ability is supposed to heal the target to full health, however whenever I use the skill, my target does not get healed to full health. I assume this is a bug, if it is not a bug , then it just needs to be changed both in game text and on the wiki. Just to be safe, and for an explanation, I thought I'd post the bug report about it.

Layhands will only full heal when cast on another player.
If you cast it on yourself, a 33% healing reduction is applied before the fullheal will go off
