When searching someone on the forums, it says what date they were last seen. Is this the last time they were online as well?

If not, what can I use to determine the time they were last on server?

The last seen on the forums is for the forums only. We do not have a last seen for in game.

Then how would one determine whether or not someone is considered inactive? (been offline for 30 days)
