Bug Large Soul Fragments

I believe they've been mistakenly converted into Small Soul Fragments, while trying to find out what a Small Soul Fragment was suppose to look like I didn't get to many answers. Either way, I recently held two different looking Small Soul Fragments and I believe that one is actually the large one.

im pretty sure they were changed and the original one is now a collector's item rather than money now
