What is Kaintopia?
Kaintopia is a brand new DH town located Northwest of Sanctum. This is a town for RESIDENTS, so everyone can buy a plot and still be a citizen of another town.
Why pay for a Kaintopian plot?
Jealous that people own some noble plots in Sanctum? Well, these are better. This town is for the wealthy. These expensive plots show your true nobility, allowing you to build better, bigger, and more beautiful homes.

There are currently 5 shops with a total of 6 chests each. These shops will be RENTED per 2 weeks. It will cost 250c for every 2 weeks. You cannot pay for multiple weeks, nor can you pay late. Payment is due right on the spot when you first rent the shop. Please contact Bearcat99 or Imperialbob if interested.

- Allowed to build 20 blocks up and 20 blocks down
- Cannot build outside your plot border
- MUST be a house. This means no statues or weird building.
- No dirt buildings. Try to limit cobble. Be creative!
- You cannot buy more than one plot.
- All other DH Empire rules apply.

- When looking at plots, each plot has a sign. The sign contains a size and price. The size is correct, but THE PRICE IS NOT CORRECT. So please ignore the price and refer to this thread.
- Construction is still occurring. New plots will appear. We apologize for any noise or inconvenience.
- Apartments/Condos are still undetermined, so please do not ask about the mountain spaces yet.
- Please talk to either Bearca99 or Imperialbob about plots. If you are 100% sure in buying a specific plot and both Bear and Bob are not online, please place YOUR OWN SIGN (not the ones with prices and sizes) stating that you are reserving the plot. Make sure your name is on it with the word "reserve".
- Payments go to either Bearcat99 or Imperialbob.
