Your story: About three weeks ago, I was put on the regions for a town, Unholy. I was offered regions and I did not apply/sign up to join the town. After about 2 weeks of being with the town and raiding with them, defending the town from raiders, and doing other activities I had an occurrence with a town member, Kharibidus. We both got a bit upset at each other and I also become irritated generally at some of the citizens. Being blamed for things I didn't do by citizens, etc. This wasn't the only time I was upset at the town and the member's itself, through many different things they gradually pissed me off and that led up to about 3 weeks later, I stole from them. I stole from most of the town and I was later contacted by Neotetro about it. After we talked for a while he told me that he couldn't find any evidence or prove that I joined with malicious intent because I was offered to join, and my intentions from the beginning were NOT to steal from the town. Eventually all of these led up to the act of me stealing, but I did not have these intentions from the beginning which is the rule. I feel I was a bit unfairly banned seeing how many people steal from towns and get away with it. No where in the rules does it say that it's illegal to steal from towns, only to join the town to steal and that be your first intention.

Edit: I was banned for using my region powers to rob the entire town? Since when is this illegal? I know a lot of people who have stolen from towns and got away with it. I'm not saying because they did it, it was right, but to the best of my ability STEALING from towns is LEGAL. Since when was this rule changed? A lot of people have gotten away with this, and yet I'm the one to get banned? This all seems really unfair in my eyes, but I guess I'll be back in a week...
Edit 2: Unbanned. ^^
