Previous Bans (Includes other servers): I've been banned three times, two of which were later lifted. My first ban was on some classic server that was meant to be a bunch of the overworlds from Legend of Zelda remade in Minecraft. While admiring the maps, I said I enjoyed the game Twilight Princess and was banned for doing so... The second time was on a pvp server where I got in a fight with an admin after he abused his powers several times to kill me. I later apologized for my part in the issues and was unbanned. The third time was an auto-ban because of an unusual no-pvp mod. I was in a no-pvp zone and a guy ran up and punched me. We were both auto-banned. I explained to the owner how I'd just been the victim, and that ban was lifted within hours of it happening.

Reason you should be accepted: Well, I've been a player of MC since just before the end of indev. I've played many, many servers and also opped a few. I get along well with other players, am a good builder (though sometimes lazy), and enjoy the mod Herocraft which your server is centered around. I'm a fan of roleplaying games, too, having opped an RP (also hardcore survival) server myself. I enjoy hardcore, too. I can be a leader (I've owned the biggest clan on a large server in the past), as well as a follower. I'm not the best at PvP, but I'm good at sneaking around. I don't bother administrators. I've been one myself and I know how annoying it can be to have someone incessantly asking you questions. I'll play to the fullest extent that the rules allow, but I won't break any.
Have you voted for Herocraft: Yes... I can't say I'm a big fan of the idea of voting for a server before actually playing on it, but I'm pretty sure that this one will not disappoint, from what I've heard.

Additional Info: This is a copy/paste of my application that I posted on your minecraftforums.net thread. I used the format that was there to write it. I'm pretty sure that it's not too different from the format shown in this section, but if I'm missing something critical, I'm happy to fix it.
