Okay so i would do the required format, but i don't think i'm necessarily muted, but everytime i send a message it says "Cannot Send Message" I am for sure in the /ch o channel ATM. I think i may have accidently been muted, i haven't been able to speak since i joined the server

If you are not whitelisted you cannot speak in /ch o. Try using /ch tour and see if you can chat.

i am whitelisted. I couldn't speak in /ch tour when i was greylisted either

I do not see anything logged that you were muted, and it sounds like it might be an error on your end.

@Danda - Are you able to see anything in regards to this member?

what is the exact message it gives you when you type "/ch tour"?
