Your story: I made my application and then posted it. Then I went to join the server and the first time round it said something about bad packet lost connection. Then I restarted my Minecraft and when I joined it said You are banned from this server! Reason: Banned by an operator.

Your IGN is found on a hacked account list, therefore the account has been banned.
