In my last application plasma said I was here just to steal imformation, I private messaged him and explained why im here (not to steal) and I didnt want to say it in a topic so everyone could see, so if theres any problems thinking im here to steal imformation ask him, he knows why im here (in short because of problems at old server)
I would of made this second post in my old one but someone locked it so I couldnt.

Previous Bans (Includes other servers): None recently, One back in alpha stage of Minecraft but I have changed a lot since then.

Reason you should be accepted: I have many talents such as Java programming, HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript programming and can help with the servers website, and plugins for the server so I can be helpful on the technical side of things, I also know a lot about how the server works and operates so if theres any problems I can help.

How did you hear about Herocraft?: I found it on a Server list site and I didnt join due to me being an Admin on another server, but things changed and someone from there told me about this server so I decided I would attempt to get whitelisted.

Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Yes, and will continue to vote for HeroCraft.

Additional Info: As I said above I know Java so i can help with custom plugins, I know HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript so I can help with the website, im a friendly and active guy and I love playing minecraft with others.

P.S. The ban happy part of plasma's reply last time is because of Team AVO messing up a past server of ours, causing me to become paranoid of all griefers.

I am inclinded to deny based of how we are handling these types of applications.

overall its a good application, but with current issues with player/server admin bits.
I leave it up to the higher ups.

Ok, i should of added, that any programming/graphics for the server will be free,

Seeing as iv been asked a few times in the past.

I dont know if this will help at all,
But i dont do any of the server side things, im a strickly the ingame help guy, that comes when he's needed,
the only techy thing i do for vohemas is the Home page which isnt used anymore, (we now just use the forum as the homepage). But i wont say anything anymore unless you need anymore imformation and i'll let you do what you gotta do, what happends...happends, i just hope you give me a chance to prove how helpful i can be ingame and out of game.

Dex and I are admins on another server, yes. But we have absolutely no intentions of copying Herocraft. Herocraft is our (myself and Trioni's) hangout spot, we love the server and it's our break from administrating and working on our server. I have donated to this server, am devoting my time to it and hope that my friend can join us. I'm not bumping the post for the sake of it being seen more, I just think that Dex deserves more of a chance than he is getting. If you accept him he will be a great addition to this server no doubt.

I saw that you are not accepting anyone from Age of Vohemas,
I would like to have a formal conversation with someone in charge of whitelisting,
People shouldn't be pre-judged due to the place they have come from, whether if its in real life
of where they come from or if its from a game and which game/server they come from it still applys.

Discrimination is perfectly legal in a private organization - we are not bound by US/World Laws, and therefore answer to no one.

Now - that being said - you are welcome to play here, we have resolved the issue with the copyright infringement with micdoodle8 - it is no longer an issue.

We are here to protect our intellectual property - we have had people steal from us - it is in our best interest as an gaming/online organization to take all measures necessary to ensure our IP is not infringed. It is not personal.

Correct - the issue has since been resolved (it was rectified almost immediately) any apps should not be denied on the basis that our management does not want any specific player here.

I am sorry if i seemed a little intense with what I said above,
But from what I have been reading it just seemed like you didnt want
players from Vohemas due to some similarities between the servers but I can understand
you want to make sure your server is safe and make sure theres no HeroCraft copy servers.

Again, sorry if I have caused any problems and thanks for taking the time to read through everything
i've posted and sent, i really do appreciate all that you have done.
