Is this mod possible?

If you guys have heard of the wizardcraft mod, it has a really nice looking manabar above where the food bar would be. Heres a link so you can look it:

Now I know that the herocraft mana system runs on the percents and everything but I was wondering if it is possible to make a mod that looked like the wizard craft manabar mod except there was numbers above it that counted down from the 100% everytime you used mana. 100 percent could be a full bar. Maybe you could make it to where there is only 10 of the blue things on the bar so that 10 is 100, 7 is 70, etc. I think this manabar in this mod is freaking beautiful for some reason so I was just wondering.

course i still like how it is in spoutcraft and looking round minecraft community, spout is where its at.

Yes, thats what I have now, and spout lags me to much. But I was just trying to see if this was possible.

i would suggest asking who made the manabar mod and work with him

to me it would seem to be a graphical change only, and might be very possible.

The manabar mod is already approved as well.

I do agree that the mana bar in the video looks nicer, would be cool if it could be implemented to work with the current mod

It's possible and what we want - we'll be doing it much later - the current mana bar was a very easy / quick implementation made by @Afforess, @unknownloner is free to adjust it to the seen above.

I made the mana bar for vanilla minecraft linked above, and have wanted to improve the look of the spoutcraft one for awhile.
While on the subject of that one, since the 1.2.5 fix won't be difficult, I just haven't done it, a 1.2.5 update for the vanilla mana bar will be availible but the mod will probably lose my support for updates after that.
Anyways, I need some feedback on what people want to see in the mana bar. (how do they want it to look etc.) Post feedback and ask other to do the same and I'm sure we can make the mana bar even better than what it is

I have always liked the idea of having a text box next to the bar with the cooldown of your skills. I have had countless times when I am in a group, and I can't check if my harmtouch cooldown is off, or not cause if I click it to check I might harmtouch somebody. You know how your health has hearts, your armor has, well armor, and your air is bubbles. food is food. Maybe a bar above your food that is like the other bars but has symbols that relate to mana, like the wizard craft.

You can bind the command /cd and use it to display a list of spells on cooldown

Also, the problem with putting the bar above the food/mana is that depending on your GUI scale and screen size, the chat may overlap the bar much like it does at the moment.
