Reason for ban: comments about reverse charging my CC due to setting my level to 1
Your story: camped a mob spawner for first time gained 2 levels got caught. didn't receive any msg on what the punishment would be and if further steps would be taken (aka my IP ban) angry for lake of communication and having the punishment not fit the crime. would like you to take into account how long I have played on this server with no rule breaking behavior and also being a friendly helpful good karma play that makes very nice buildings and loves the social aspect. I feel that having ingame players with staff positions (players that are affiliated with staff and accepting white listers) playing the server to because the creates biases towards the players they get banned, also the other player that was with me received no reprimand wich makes me feel targeted out. any who, I dontated 30$ last week I am dead set on getting back and further more I will take all actions possible to rectify this situation including calling better business bureau.

This right here shows that you knew what you were doing and chose to disregard the rules anyway. You chose to break the rules and thus you were punished for it by having your levels rolled back. If you don't like the punishment do not break the rules it is not that hard, I played this server for two years without a single tarnish on my name prior to getting admin.

Did you at any point talk to us about what further steps would be taken before throwing a fit?
To my knowledge you did not, granted you should have received a forum PM from the staff member than removed your levels but that alone was your only punishment. The IP ban is us refusing you service after you threatened to charge back all the money your paid us for certain services. We held up our end of the bargain and gave you what you wanted, you are the one that chose to break our service rules and we responded in kind by removing your levels.

Not quite sure what you're trying to say here but what do Proctors have to do with this. Their only job is to run detailed background checks against players that have applied and respond using a clearly layed out set of instructions created by the upper staff. Applications are checked by the upper staff on a semi regular basis to make sure players are not being denied for biased or overzealous reasons. If you know of any proctor that is abusing their responsibility why have you made no effort previously to report them for their actions?

Also Proctors have nothing to do with the punishment side of things so how does anything they do create enough bias to get you banned?

This was most likely because we were unaware that another player was involved, if you would provide us a small amount of proof and a name I would gladly hand out the same punishment you received by wiping their levels.

On what grounds?

You contribute money to this server to support it and help keep it running not to get perks. We are by no means obligated to give you anything for the money that you have sent us. We only give something back as a thank you for helping keep the server afloat. In fact you are even told this in our instructions on how to support the server as seen below.

So I ask again on what grounds do you have any right to charge back the money from us?

I actually unbanned your IGN for hotmomjugs - just note that any sort of "chargeback" will result in a permanent closure of any and all HCO related accounts, including all servers / future games. When and if we see it as a chargeback, I will be closing all of your accounts and IP's and there will be no chance at repeal.

We take that sort of talk very seriously.

As I said, if this is the venture you wish to take, I wish you good luck.

I did open a pm regarding your loss of levels under your forum account hotmomjugs at the time of de-leveling. Your lack of visiting the forums under the RIGHT forum account (hotmomjugs and not msangrene) is your issue and not ours.
