Bug Inventory - Wiped

I just logged on to the server and my entire inventory was cleaned out. I lost all my armor/tools/food/items. I'm not sure if this is a bug, just thought I should post it encase (I am not asking for items back if you might think I am).

I wasn't PvP logged.

In either case - there's not a lot we can do until we can pin point what is causing the issue.
