For the complete list check out the link above. Each country were rated after 8 different factors. Ex: Norway ranked 1st in both Economy and Social Capital while only getting 12th place in Governance (Their worst ranking)
The overall ranking ended up looking like this:
EU = 7 countries amongst top 10
NA = 1 country amongst top 10
The Pacific = 2 countries amongst top 10
Important countries that did not make it into top 10 and their rankings:
US = 11th place
Germany = 14th place
UK = 16th place
France = 20th place
Japan = 21th place
Brazil = 46th place
Russia = 61th place
India = 106th place
China did not participate in the test
Any thoughts on this?
