Bug Inferno - Dying when using against boss

"Inferno spell gets me killed if fighting a boss via being thrown 50+ blocks into the air" - NuclearHellRaven

Have you tried repeating this or has it only happened once? And it is the Inferno spell and not Inferno Orb/Flash? Tried replicating this on the test server, with Inferno and a random boss and cannot replicate.

Anyone else experience this?
