Bug Inferno Broken

Pyromancer's skill Inferno is not dealing the initial 100 damage that is says it should do. I first noticed this when I was fighting monsters and realized that the damage text that normally pops up on direct damage was not showing. I then asked about it in /ch h and Kainzo came to test it. He used it on me and there was the answer. Inferno had done no initial damage and was only doing the generic fire ticks to me.

Well, I believe the way it is coded and on the tool-tip yes. Though I think the "fire" effect in itself is pretty powerful and I think we may not want to actually have it do direct damage. We'll fix the tool-tip for now.
