Bug Incorrect XP

Don't know if its the same on PvP but, on PvE I still get 4.5 XP from coal.
Iron and Lapis also still give 22.5.



I know everyone on PvE will hate me for reporting this but still, the 50% extra xp shouldnt be still here.

*For reference, the "radar" and cavemapping don't work on Rei's*

It hasnt been removed yet - I left it on to be nice

next patch it'll be yanked.
