Bug Incorrect Regions

I co-own a Tribe on the PvP continent and have noticed that the Super region has incorrect regions. It should be 51x51x51, but by counting out the radius from the chest I reach 24 blocks in the region instead of 25, making the region 49x49x49 instead. This makes it harder to place buildings correctly.
