Bug Inactive LWC Removal... Again...

There is an LWC from a player that has been inactive for four weeks according to tiny.cc/lastlogin, but the plugin has not removed the LWC.
I made a petition in game but it was closed.

We arent manually removing LWC's any longer. This is done automatically via a MySQL query. The time is not based on user activity but CHEST activity.

My post before was a bug report because the only user who has access to that chest had been inactive for four weeks which means the chest has not been touched for four weeks. In that sense it is a bug because the LWC has not been removed yet. Is it 30 days or 1 month? Either way it is over that limit.
I understand that they are not done manualy anymore. Nowhere in my petition or my last post did I as for it to be removed.

I've noticed this as well some lwcs I've been hunting are approaching 40days inactive

That was part of the question. 1 month, 30 days or 4 weeks.

inactivity isnt measured by the user logging in, but the last time the chest was physically accessed.
It is impossible to not be cleared if it has been over 30 days. The query is auto ran every 3-4 days.

Dumb question, maybe, but is it possible that players tapping on the chest to check it - but not opening it - is being picked up as "activity"?

No it doesn't I've tested it. However a mod/admin opening the chest would trigger the activity timer to be reset.

Sorry, maybe I am reading this wrong, but I take from this that a chest has the potential to not be unlocked right at 30 days because the query is run every 3-4 days.
ie: query is run on 29th day and not again until the 32nd or 33rd day

Yep! it's not a nightly thing, though we may be able to increase the time it runs but its not the end of the world either way...
