Not directly. You can only buy items like loot crate keys and sell them to other players (if you find a buyer).

I think a great way to make the server more money is to offer it in store.

That would be pay to win. Having players selling loot crate keys in game is already enough of that.
This is not going to be implemented, trust me.

You will have that by mining alone in about 5 hours.
Try selling V relics if you find any for 150-200s.
