Those are donor rankings.

When you donate a certain amount you become a certain tier. Then as you donate the number goes up.

What they said. These are donor tier perks. It's a special title relating to how much money you've donated to the server, as seen here: http://www.herocraftonline.com/wiki/index.php/Donor

There are also systems in place to rank forum activity and pvp. Check out your account info on the forums for things like achievements for posting etc., and in-game pvp skirmishes as well as world pvp are now ranked!

Use photoshop or any painting/image editing program and make it a banner sized shape or any shape you desire. Then just place your character and your name or whatever else you want on your signature (accomplishments, titles etc)
