Illegal Mod?

So I went afk for about 20 minutes to go eat, and when I got back it gave me an error saying 'Disconnected by Server Illegal Mod'.
I wasn't using any form of cheating mods, or a hacked client. Just spoutcraft.
Also I made a promise to Didag that I wouldn't use any form of cheating on HeroCraft, I gained his trust, and wouldn't just mess it up.
It gives me the same thing while using Spoutcraft, and regular Minecraft.

So, is this supposed to be a ban appeal? If so, this should go under the "Ban Appeal" section of the forums.
